Half day booking - Up to 4 hours - from £150 including ribbons,bows and rear shelf flowers
Full day booking - Up to 8 hours - from £250 including ribbons, bows, rear shelf flowers and a complementary bottle of Champagne.
Any extras may be agreed between hirer and Clive’s Cornish Classic Cars
Terms and Conditions
1. The Hirer
The Hirer is the person placing the booking and the main contact responsible for the booking. The Hirer will be responsible for all persons using the vehicle during the hire period.
2. Deposits and payments
(a) A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of making a booking.
(b) The balance must be paid in full at least 28 days prior to the day of the event.
3. The quoted price
The quoted price is the amount confirmed by Clive's Cornish Classic Cars to the customer once all requirements have been established. If your requirements should change and exceed what has already been agreed a further charge appropriate to the change may be imposed.
4. Methods of payment
Cheque or cash only.
5. Vehicle breakdown
(a) Whilst every effort is made to maintain the vehicle to a high standard, due to its age we cannot naturally accept liability for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown howsoever caused. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, every effort will be made to ensure the immediate repair of the vehicle, or the occupants will be transferred to another vehicle(s) so the journey may continue. Any extra transport related cost incurred will be met by Clive's Cornish Classic Cars or a refund given.
(b) In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle prior to the event, Clive's Cornish Classic Cars will notify The Hirer and every effort will be made to supply an alternative vehicle at our discretion. If in the event, this is not acceptable to The Hirer, a full refund of monies paid will be made.
(c) In the event of a breakdown or accident on the day, no responsibility can be accepted by Clive's Cornish Classic Cars for the consequence of missed connections and/or functions howsoever caused.
6. Liability
Clive's Cornish Classic Cars cannot accept liability for adverse weather conditions, ie: snow or flood. In such an event if it is deemed unsafe for the vehicle to be on the road, a full refund will be made.
7. Refusal and termination
(a) Clive's Cornish Classic Cars reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle, persons it deems unfit, for whatever reason.
(b) Clive's Cornish Classic Cars reserve the right to terminate the journey if any person(s) behaviour may cause harm or damage to other occupants of the vehicle and /or the vehicle and its contents. In this instance no refund will be given.
8. Damage to the vehicle
(a) The Hirer is responsible for any damage caused inside and outside the vehicle by either themselves or any other member of their party.
(b) The Hirer agrees to be liable for the total cost of repair by an agent appointed by Clive's Cornish Classic Cars.
(c) Clive's Cornish Classic Cars will charge a £125.00 cleaning charge if the vehicle is misused through food, drink or illness.
9. Children and Pets
We regret that no children under 13 unless they are over 1.35metres (recent statute), pets or animals except guide dogs can be transported in our vehicle at any time.
10. Photographs
Clive's Cornish Classic Cars may take photographs at your event for possible use on our web site and for other promotional material. However, if you do not want your photographs to be used for this purpose, please advise us at the time of booking.
11. No smoking policy
Clive's Cornish Classic Cars operates a strict no smoking policy in our vehicle.
12. Undertakings of The Hirer
Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that The Hirer fully understands and accepts the above terms and conditions.
By paying a deposit, The Hirer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
